Dr. William (Bill) Andreassen received his doctoral degree from Nova Southeastern University. Dr. Andreassen co-presented (with Dr. Danesh) “Sudden Hearing Loss: Audiological Diagnosis and Management” at the American Academy of Audiology, and was co-investigator for the research study “Tinnitus Management Outcomes Following Precipitous Unilateral Hearing Loss.” This research was also reported upon by Dr. Andreassen at the Florida Academy of Audiology in August of 2007. His areas of interest include: the study of the effects of pharmacologic agents on the auditory pathway, the clinical application of evoked potentials, tinnitus management, and cochlear implants.
Professor Danesh specializes in the areas of tinnitus, balance disorders, and amplification. He received his Doctorate in audiology with an emphasis on auditory electrophysiology from the University of Memphis, Memphis, Tennessee. In addition to clinical practice, Dr. Danesh is associate professor in the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders at Florida Atlantic University. He teaches students in audiology, medicine, and speech, language pathology. Additionally, he has faculty appointments at two other universities in South Florida. Dr. Danesh is a board certified clinical audiologist and has presented more than 50 scientific papers in the past few years in local, state, national, and international meetings.
Professor Saul specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of auditory processing and dizziness and balance disorders. He received his Doctorate in neuroscience and audiology from the State University of New York at Buffalo. In addition to clinical practice, Dr. Saul is associate professor in the Department of Audiology, Nova Southeastern University and clinical faculty in communication disorders and sciences; Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders, Florida Atlantic University.
